There was a time I felt lost—struggling with my mental health, searching for support I couldn’t seem to find. In learning to help myself, I discovered the power of presence, healing, and the quiet strength within. That journey led me here. Through Graceful Awareness, I hold space for others to feel seen, supported, and safe to be exactly who they are.

I believe there’s always a way forward, always tools to reconnect and grow. My work is rooted in listening deeply, walking beside you, and gently reminding you: you’re not alone, and healing is possible.
